Our History and Expertise
Improve QPI provides specialist assistance for companies and organisations wishing to establish quality management systems and understand and improve the capability of their software/IT processes and practices.
This assistance is available in a variety of ways, depending on your needs: explanatory workshops, independent reviews and audits, consultancy and assistance, training courses - all aimed at improving client understanding and performance, adding value to their activities and enabling "technology transfer" of new competences and expertise to them.
Our underlying principle is to help our clients to "help themselves" - so they can increase their knowledge, understanding and capability of their software-related processes and practices.
Since its formation in 1998, Improve QPI has worked with nearly 30 companies in the UK, Europe and elsewhere, in assignments ranging from 1 day to over 12 months. Its approach is flexible and realistic - and while particularly suited to the needs of smaller companies (SMEs), it has worked for organisations of all sizes, in both public and private sectors.
